Jill McDonald

Jill has been the Pastor at Westgate Baptist since December 2025 when she moved here from Aotearoa New Zealand to take up the role.
She is passionate about Jesus’ call for the world and all of creation to flourish – something we as the church are called to participate in bringing about, in fact it is why the church exists!
Jill is excited to be part of Westgate, a church that is filled with love and grace, where we do life together, working with our local community as we grow in faith and serve together. It is through doing this that hopefully a glimpse of God’s kingdom ways shine through.
Charlene Delos Santos
Community Ministry Coordinator
Charlene coordinates the ‘Cooking for Community’ program, Mainly Music, and provides admin support for Westgate Baptist Church. She loves creating spaces of belonging, where people can thrive and contribute meaningfully in community.
